Interact club is back! Every Tuesday lunchtime in DT Workshop 3 (Mrs Dolan's room), anyone is welcome to come along.
Interact works with Helston Rotary Club to fundraise for different charities that you can choose each year, as well as holding volunteering events and projects. More about Interact can be found on the Rotary website: https://www.rotary.org/en/get-involved/interact-clubs
Current Project - Walking to Wuhan and Back
Since lockdown and the restrictions that followed, many charities have struggled to hold fundraising events and are losing their regular donations which impacts the vital work that they do.
Interact members have set a target of walking/running/swimming/cycling 10,640 miles (the distance to Wuhan and back) in aid of Cornwall Air Ambulance.
So far they have made good progress, but if you would like to pledge some miles then please get involved!

As part of Interact, you can also suggest your own fundraising events and run projects alongside the main charities so if there is a particular cause that you're passionate about, we'd love to hear from you.
